Two years ago, we sold everything inside our (structure) house, packed our two bags and left on a never ending adventure. Because we’re always ‘on the go,’ it’s almost impossible for us to have inventory with us on the boat, which is why we use an awesome drop-shipping service that helps us store, pack and ship our cool merchandise all over the globe.
That being said, here’s our drop shipper’s return policy:
“Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.”
BUT. Here’s our thought on this:
Even though our drop-shipper won’t give us the money back, we want you to be happy and love your shirts as much as we do! And if you don’t, we’ll give you the money back out of our pocket. Just send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we’ll make things right for you.
